I cannot believe your panel have misssed the REAL isse in the Susan Rice case.
The Republicans want John Kerry's Senate seat in play and sabatoged Susan Rice to move Kerry to the top spot at DOS.
The focus on what President Obama does in relation to nominations does not take into consideration the stress on the persons being nominated by the partisanship of the Senate. Elizabeth Warren and Susan Rice may not have wanted to be personally attacked or go through a process that would have been very difficult. Very qualified people reject being nominated because of the partisanship of the process. Susan Rice and Elizabeth Warren (and many others) have other options for their careers that might prove to be more satisfying.
The brutal, inane, pathetic history of dogmatic religions in the Middle East have been, and still are, a blight on us all. Welcome to Planet Earth ... the biggest insane asylum in our known Universe.
As Mark Brown has said, I have believed since the beginning of this tempest that the aim was to dislodge John Kerry and free that spot. I am a Massachusetts resident and have just dealt with the Scott Brown campaign for the Senate. I'm not looking forward to a redux. Please, Mr Obama, reconsider your decision to accept Ms Rice's option to bow out. We would like to see John Kerry stay in the Senate.
Did I hear Indira Lakshmanan say that "it still might have been the movie"?!
She is supposed to be INFORMED?!
BBBBBBBBBBBWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Agreed. This is a Republican move to give Scott Brown another shot at the Massachusetts Senate seat. Making Kerry SoS will hinder the Obama administration at a time when the Middle East will be in (even more) turmoil.
To the last caller on the show, Republicans have done you a huge favor. Rice has stepped aside because she would be forced to tell the truth in Senate hearings about Benghazi. That's the last thing the Administration wants.
As for the Black Helicopter, vast right-wing conspiracy about Scott Brown? Kerry can always say NO and keep his seat and easily twart those deep dark Republican plans!
Which is why the whole idea is utter nonsense.
Eggie,
Indira said there was evidence that the terrorists had been observing the demonstrations in other places e.g. Cairo and LATER moved to take advantage of the opportunity. She never said the video was even a primary notion for the terrorists. Better turn on your hearing aid.
Also re: Scott Brown and the potential slot in Mass: check with your operatives at Faux Snooze since there have been several of them who have mentioned this opportunity........maybe they are following the style of the Libyan insurrectionists in this respect rather than your goofy black helicopter ravings.
You are inordinately fond of your vuvuzela sound. Did you pick that up in Brazil?
Isn't it instructive that at least one of the Connecticut murderers wore a protective vest? It surely proves the guntoting crowd are cowards fearful of personal injury. There are no accounts of elementary kids or teachers or administrators being armed.......I guess the shooter was afraid of pencil point wounds or paper cuts......or (shudder) injured by a drawing compass.
Guns DO hurt/kill people......an utterly tragic irony that the least protected are so often the victims. Note to the freak Ted Nugent - these maniacs did not choose crossbows or slingshots for their "tools" of death......they used guns. Maybe we should be thankful they left their grenade launchers at home.

Wanna bet?
Here's PRECISELY what she said word for word ....
"The early reports after the Benghazi attacks, basically every single one of them, without exception, connected the upri [note the falter] ... you know ... the attack, the fatal attack in Benghazi to the protests that happened in Cairo and in Tunisia, against that video ... I'm not entirely sure that we know yet, the accountability review board hasn't come out about Benghazi yet, and it's possible that what she says is true, that those were the talking points she was given and that's what they knew at the time".
Baloney! And it's that last part - which is HER opinion that is damning. We know for a FACT that what Rice said was not true. In fact that this was a planned terrorist attack was known within 24 hours - some insiders say, as the attack was going on.
I suggest you get YOUR FACTS straight "Honest" Abe! I'm getting a little tired of your baseless accusations.
"Also re: Scott Brown and the potential slot in Mass: check with your operatives at Faux Snooze since there have been several of them who have mentioned this opportunity........maybe they are following the style of the Libyan insurrectionists in this respect rather than your goofy black helicopter ravings."
You should pay closer attention, Abe ... to comments like this:
"I cannot believe your panel have misssed the REAL isse in the Susan Rice case.
"The Republicans want John Kerry's Senate seat in play and sabatoged Susan Rice to move Kerry to the top spot at DOS."
"As Mark Brown has said, I have believed since the beginning of this tempest that the aim was to dislodge John Kerry and free that spot."
"Agreed. This is a Republican move to give Scott Brown another shot at the Massachusetts Senate seat. "
There's "your goofy black helicopter ravings"
It's utter BS, because, as I pointed out, Sen. Kerry can put an end to that by simply saying "NO"! So, yeah, it is "black-helicopter". A vast right-wing conspiracy concocted by commentators on Fox News!!!
HA, you are too funny!!! Don't every change!!!
"Isn't it instructive that at least one of the Connecticut murderers wore a protective vest? It surely proves the guntoting crowd are cowards fearful of personal injury. Isn't it instructive that, "Honest" Abe would use a falsehood to try to make political hay for his anti gun agenda. "It surely proves the guntoting crowd are cowards fearful of personal injury."? Really? Is that why he KILLED HIMSELF? Because he was afraid of personal injury?
Here's an idea, HA. Why don't you wait until all the facts are in before you go shooting your mouth off for a change? Hmmmm?

2010 may be the most important election in American history. It would be normal for the left to give up seats of course, it just depends on how many and who. My only concern is if BHO loses too many seats, he may try some kind of coup between 2010 and 2012. And that, BTW is not black helicopter. Don't think, "it can't happen here". This is reality. Know the man's history. Know who is friends are. And know that HE (and his ideology) are the most dangerous threats to freedom and democracy in our nation's history. "

Why are you trying to reason with eggie when you can see the paranoia that springs from his Dementia addled brain??
Actually the vuvuzela is South African, the horns that eggie prefers blowing are those of Argentine Cabelleros!!

Hey mchaun, thanks for keeping this alive. I really appreciate it.
On the subject of Republicans ...
"That there should be this lingering infestation of really corrupt people who sit trying to dismantle the wishes of the people, the mandate that has been given to Barack Obama, and I don’t know what more they want. The only thing left for Barack Obama to do is to work like a third world dictator and just put all these guys in jail.”
- Harry Belafonte, Barack Obama sycophant, 12/13/2012.

Poor pathetic child, reduced again to Straw Men. Harry Belafonte can say whatever he likes about whatever he chooses.
Obviously, you are ignorant of the meaning of sycophant, such comments can hardly be considered helpful, desirable or flattering to the President.
Your prediction was palpably paranoid, completely off the wall and indefensible with absolutely no basis in reality.
On the other hand, might not Belafonte, indeed might not the President be concerned by the fabricated attacks on the Administration which are making it nearly impossible to govern?
Monte Haun mchaun@hotmail.com
"reduced again to Straw Men"
Still don't know what a "straw man" argument is, do you mchaun?
"Obviously, you are ignorant of the meaning of sycophant"
Completely ridiculous. In fact, sycophant is the PERFECT description for Belafonte. Here are some synonyms from MW for your education. "Synonyms: apple-polisher, bootlicker, brownnoser, fawner, flunky (also flunkey or flunkie), lickspittle, suck-up, toady."
"On the other hand, might not Belafonte, indeed might not the President be concerned by the fabricated attacks on the Administration which are making it nearly impossible to govern? "
Read: I agree with Belafonte. The President should put Republican who oppose him in jail.
Fabricated attacks? Like what? Like a failed foreign policy resulting in four dead in Benghazi? Like calling out the President for false and misleading statements made to the American people? Like an AG the refuses to prosecute felons? Like a President who refuses to lead by putting forth a passable budget? Like a failed domestic policy that has added 6T to the debt and put millions more on food stamps? Those fabricated attacks, mchaun?
As for my "prediction" I would go back and read it a bit more carefully. Reading comprehension seems a continuing issue for you mchaun.
See? Your post 100% refuted - and I didn't have to use one "dimentia addled brain", "poor pathetic child", or other insult, which you still, for some reason seem to think furthers your argument. See how that works mchaun?
mchaun wrote;

Thought a little more about this one and I don't know why it didn't hit me square between the eyes the first time. mchaun, you demonstrate that YOU don't know what the word "sycophant" means. ONE STATEMENT does not make someone a sycophant. Many people, for example had positive words for the President after the killing of OBL. Many on the right. Did that make them sycophants? No. So "such comments can hardly be considered ..." blah, blah, blah is a clear demonstration that you don't grasp the meaning of the word. Being a sycophant, for lack of a better term, represents a "body of work", not a single instances, a perpetual suck-up if you will, and Belafonte certainly meets the criteria. For the education on the meaning and usage of the word "sycophant" ... you're welcome.
