I can't wait to read more of this author! I tuned in for the last half of the show and was captivated. Thank you, Diane, once again. Your program is a gift to the nation.
Thanks for another great guest and interview. I hope someone from the Dept. of State was listening to Mr.Orhan Pamuk's statement at the end of interview. He describes the complex ideas and emotions regarding the struggle in Turkey, Syria and many other places in the world, that have been going on for a very long time and the are no "good guy bad guy, white hat black hat" simple answers to these very complex struggles that reside in the individual, not just countries, governments or regions.
I look forward to reading your books Mr.Orhan Pamuk.
NPR and Diane Rehm are 100% GREAT!
