Does the diplomatic correspondent not know that Kevin Rudd is not the Australian Prime Minister?

The Prime Minister is Julia Gillard, who condemned the Wikileaks debacle.

Since just before the world wide recession, I've been asking myself; "Just where did all the money go?" I don't have any money, most middle income class in US has no more money, the world doesn't have any money, where did it all go?
