I have recently flown about 12 times between Honolulu and Atlanta on Delta. Every flight has been on time, the food has been good, the attendants have been absolutely great and the plane has been clean. I have talked with fight attendants and it seems that a crucial factor in this great performance is that many of the Delta employees are veterans of many years. Apparently Delta is, or used to be, a good company to work for. Common sense would tell us that if employees are happy, any business will be more efficient and quality will be better. I hope Delta continues to treat its employees as the valuable assets they are.
