to what degree are these Muslims and if not true Muslims and who are misrepresenting the faith, where are the "Fatwahs" against them which were so quickly issued against Rushdie and the Danish cartoonist.

Any chance that the politicians and "secret agents" will learn to stop "fiddling" with ideologies that they can't really control so the world ends up with horrible "unintended consequences"? Any thoughts on how life could improve with truly transparent governments?

Israel has also done what the west has done. They let Hammas grow if not helped in making it stronger in order to destroy or weaken the PLO. Israel did this despite knowing that Hammas leadership is part of the Muslim brotherhood which is highly antisemitic. I believe the west and Israel is reaping what they sow. The tragic thing is that the Muslim and Arab world is suffering because of these action of the west and Israel.
