I bought the book after hearing your interview last week and I was shocked that Ms. Iyengar chose to legitimize cruel animal experiments by describing the behavior of the dispassionately tortured animals. Apparently this is business as usual in the people she associates with.
I was thoroughly disgusted by page 6 and could not go on.
People that conduct these experiments should be punished, not promoted.
It is unethical to legitimize this sort of behavior.
