The National Book Award winning author presents her new novel set in a tuberculosis sanitarium on the eve of World War One.


  • Andrea Barrett teaches at Williams College and in the MFA Program for Writers at the Warren Wilson College, received the National Book Award for fiction for "Ship Fever," and was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for "Servants of the Map."
