The Senate began debate Monday on a Farm Bill that continues a system of subsidies at a time of unprecedented farm income and crop prices. A House version passed last summer, but the Administration has already threatened to veto the bill...

Dropout trends in U.S. High Schools

A new study says that one in ten high schools are "dropout factories." With graduation rates in these schools hovering around 60 percent, we'll look at the reasons for this development and what if anything can be done about it.
