He and his wife, journalist Paula Span, update us on life at Bedlam Farm, which now includes dogs, sheep, steers and cow, donkeys, a barn cat, a rooster and three hens.

Paula Span
former longtime Washington Post reporter based in New York. She teaches journalism at Columbia University and is at work on a non-fiction book about adult children with aging parents.
