Dr. Ashraf Ghani

Chairman, the Institute for State Effectiveness and former finance minister of Afghanistan and chancellor of Kabul University. He is also an adviser to the U.N. and has served as chief adviser to President Karzai. He's also author of the forthcoming book, "Fixing Failed States."

Qayyum Karzai
