One night, journalist and therapist Cynthia Richmond went to sleep and had a dream that she wrote a column called "In Your Dreams" for a newspaper. Today her dream is a reality — she writes about dreams for the Los Angeles Times. She joins guest host Lynn Neary to talk about how everyone can learn and grow by paying close attention to the visions and emotions we experience while asleep.
